About Wogas

Wogas is a boutique procurement and business value advisory focused on strengthening the strategic role of procurement in management and governance.

The Wogas perspective views procurement as part of the organisation’s governance and value architecture, where decisions influence capital efficiency, risk exposure, innovation and long-term competitiveness. From this perspective, procurement is not only an operational function, but a management capability shaping business outcomes.

Wogas works with organizations seeking to integrate procurement into decision-making processes and position it as a driver of value creation. The advisory combines strategic analysis, governance design and executive experience from international industrial environments.

In addition to advisory work, Wogas develops and delivers executive education and professional programs in procurement and supply management.

The approach is informed by the ideas developed in the book Procurement as a Mirror of Management and the KTRIO value framework, which connects procurement decisions with capital, cost, risk, innovation and sustainability.
